Please join us for a free public conversation between artist Benny Nemerofsky Ramsay and scholar Jennifer Evans, in conjunction with Nemerofsky’s current exhibition, I Don’t Know Where Paradise Is.

In her research into queer history, Jennifer Evans started working with artist Benny Nemerofsky Ramsay on soundscapes, deep listening and queering art history.
This conversation builds on their academic relationship and will explore Nemerofsky’s work as it addresses the importance of strengthening queer forms of kinship in dangerous times.

Jennifer Evans is a professor of history at Carleton University.
