OC Transpo Routes 111 and 88 stop at Heron / Heron Bridge and connect with Algonquin College. Catch Routes 111 and 88 at Baseline Station, at Billings Bridge mall or along Meadowlands Drive.

All buses stop on the west side of Campus Avenue. The closest stop to CUAG is 6612, just before the Residence Commons Building. The next closest stop is 5813, across from the O-train station. The closest Para Transpo stop is 20 (Northern Residences), in front of Leeds House residence.

Train

The O-Train Trillium Line (Line 2) serves Carleton from the Bayview and Greenboro transit stations, with stops at Carling and Confederation. The Trillium Line (Line 2) will be closed from 2020-2022. OC Transpo has replaced the Trillium Line (Line 2) with R2 bus service running the entire line and stopping at all Line 2 stations. Bus fares are the same as for the O-Train.

Bicycle

There is a dedicated bike lane on Colonel By Drive with access to the campus at Hartwell Locks. There are bike racks outside the St. Patrick’s Building.

Car

Take Bronson Avenue to the Sunnyside Avenue entrance to the campus. Turn into campus and go straight, crossing the bridge over the O-Train tracks. At the stop sign, turn right and park in the nearby parkade (Lot P18).

Parking

All visitor parking at the north end of campus is in the P18 parkade, built over the O-train tracks. The entrance is located on the parkade’s west side. Here is a parking map.

The parkade is a three-level structure that has four “pay by plate” machines on each level, one in each corner. The exception is level 3, which has three machines.

You can pay with a credit card at all the machines. You can pay with coins at one machine on level 1 (at the D-1 stairwell) and one machine on level 2 (at the D-2 stairwell). Once you’ve purchase a ticket, display it on your dashboard and park anywhere in the parkade.
