CUAG Centretown

CUAG’s downtown hub for exhibitions and public programming
Since 2018, Carleton Dominion-Chalmers Centre has been Carleton University’s satellite site for performance, arts and learning. The facilities include an 844-seat sanctuary with amazing acoustics, and many other wonderful multi-purpose spaces.
Carleton University Art Gallery produces free and innovative art-based programs at CDCC throughout the year.

Launching in May 2025: CUAG Centretown
CUAG Centretown features an annual mural commission by Ottawa-Gatineau artists. Each May, the unveiling of the new mural will launch Gatherings, our summer series of downtown workshops, events and performances to spark conversation and learning, and celebrate being and participating in a creative community together.
