Attention students!! Do you like art? Do you like friends? Yes?!
Art + Friends, is back for its third installment!
This time, we’re focusing on textiles! Our knitting and crochet circle will be back, and we’ve got supplies for visible mending (psss—bring any clothing that needs mending!). And no worries if fabric arts aren’t your thing—we’ll have plenty of other art supplies for you to get cozy and settle into your own creative rhythms. We’ve also got a new, challenging scavenger hunt lined up, and we’re planning to keep our hot drinks game strong!
We’ve just opened two incredible new shows and are home to a freshly sewn collaborative quilt. We’ll have folks here who can offer you a tour if you’d like to explore the exhibitions with a guide, as well as fun prompt cards if you’d prefer to explore on your own or with a friend. All activities are optional.
