Enjoy art, architecture and music at the Carleton Dominion-Chalmers Centre
This fall and winter, join us for a series of free CU_lture Open Houses, presented by Carleton University Art Gallery (CUAG), the School of Studies in Art and Culture (SSAC) and Carleton Dominion-Chalmers Centre (CDCC).
In a relaxed environment with light refreshments, mingle with fellow lovers of the arts and explore all that the Carleton Dominion-Chalmers Centre has to offer at a series of free CU_lture Open Houses.
At our CU_lture Open Houses, we welcome you to…
Enjoy CDCC’s unique architecture, which includes an 844-seat sanctuary with impeccable acoustics and a 60-year-old pipe organ.
Experience Yomi Orimoloye’s mural The Third Door in the Sanctuary Main Hall, in the foyer of the O’Connor Street entrance.
Explore CUAG Centretown’s gallery spaces, including our Niche Gallery, adjacent to the Lisgar Street entrance.
Ask about the CDCC’s facilities, including multi-purpose spaces and events and The Hive, a collection of small meeting and practice rooms available to book to support arts, performance, and learning experiences.
Mark your calendars for this free event. Everyone is welcome!
